Ah… the amazing feeling when you meet a good old friend after a long time… It’s just fantastic…! The talks revolve around what’s been happening in our lives since we last met… What’s up with our common friends… Just trying to recollect where everyone is and where they are headed… all this happening over a cuppa and/or dinner…
The actual “mazaa” of catching up is felt now when everyone is out of college and has stepped into the “real world” so to speak… the experiences are of different kinds now… esp. coz they aren’t directly shared but analysed in retrospect…
Its just great… I met a school friend today over dinner and am still smiling, 3 hours after I got back home…! It made me feel special and wanted (no multi-dimensional meanings)... The evening was filled with small gestures showing care... and at the end a promise to meet again as and when possible, sealed with a warm hug... My spirits are still high… and I am Loving it !
